San Leandro is a small, friendly town tucked right in the middle of the bay, between the Bay Bridge and the San Mateo Bridge. Population is about 80,000 people. Wow ... I am always amazed at the price of homes there!   My brother is in the Bay Area and he lived in a 800sf house that they listed for $675,000 ... AMAZING compared to Texas!

Thanks for all for your visit, I am hoping to get some response from potential buyers, our San Francisco bay area has very diverse pockets of very expensive real estate, a house like this one, just about 3 miles down  the road on the Oakland Hills will be worth about 50% more.
